MPP项目简介：
MPP（Master Preparation Programme，硕士预备课程）英国名校奖学金硕士学位项目是由西安石油大学携手世界名校格拉斯哥大学、 阿伯丁大学、拉夫堡大学、埃塞克斯大学、诺丁汉特伦特大学、伯明翰大学学院强强联合，面向西安石油大学本科学生推出的世界名校硕士直通车项目。学生在国内进行五周时间的MPP学术衔接课程的学习，符合条件后即可顺利进入英国顶尖大学攻读英国硕士学位。
MPP项目旨在解决东西方文化的差异所带来的问题：语言综合应用能力薄弱、不适应国外教育体制、批判性思维能力欠缺、演讲和研究等学术能力缺乏，帮助学生进一步提升语言能力，全面提高留学海外所需要的基本学术能力和综合运用能力， 使学生顺利完成国外大学各阶段的课程。

伯明翰大学学院
l 英国伯明翰大学学院的前身是伯明翰酒店及旅游管理学院，创建于1957年。
学位证书均由英国著名的伯明翰大学（University of Birmingham）颁授，其高质量的教学水平获得了英国酒店管理协会（Hospitality Assured Accreditation）和全英高等教育保证委员会（Quality Assurance Agency，QQA）的质量认证。

项目入学要求
1．学历要求：具有全日制本科学位（含应往届本科毕业生）或即将获得本科学位的大三、大四学生。
2．学术成绩：平均分75-85。
3．英语要求：雅思6.0分
4．经济能力：可提供总计25万人民币左右的银行存款，以支付英国硕士1年学习和生活的总费用。
项目费用：
本项目中国国内阶段费用：人民币20000元（费用包括：MPP硕士学术衔接课程学费、院校申请、签证服务、团组接机、住宿安排等）
本项目英国学习阶段费用：当年学费标准（减去20%项目优惠）+ 生活费，约人民币25万元（一年）。
